• Strong knowledge of PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMI, and control loop tuning.

• Hands-on experience in instrument calibration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Good knowledge of industrial communication and control systems.

• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, electrical/instrumentation drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

• Experience in commissioning, plant start-up, and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.

• Strong working experience with Siemens, Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or similar automation systems.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Knowledge of industrial safety standards.

• Practical experience in Microsoft word and excel.

• Configure, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC, DCS, SCADA, and HMI systems.

• Design and tune control loops for temperature, pressure, flow, level, and other process parameters.

• Install, calibrate, test, and maintain transmitters, control valves, actuators, analyzers, positioners, and process sensors.

• Perform instrument calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

• Prepare and maintain P&IDs, instrument index, I/O lists, datasheets, loop diagrams, and control documents.

• Perform loop checking, functional testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and plant start-up activities.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

• Conduct root-cause analysis of instrumentation and control system failures to reduce downtime.

• Coordinate with Mechanical, Process, Production, Electrical, and Maintenance teams.

• Manage VFD and MCC interlocks related to process control systems.

• Analyze process trends and optimize PID loops, cycle time, energy consumption, and production efficiency.

• Read and interpret P&IDs, electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications.

• Manage control system software backups, hardware upgrades, and network security.
