Job Location: Factory, Baruipara, Savar (Opposite of Nandan Park)
Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance engineer to ensure reliable operation and timely maintenance of our production machinery and industrial equipment at our factory located at Baruipara (Opposite of Nandan Park), Savar, Dhaka.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot PLC, CNC, servo drives, motors, sensors, and control panels.
Ability to read electrical/control drawings and troubleshoot independently.
Maintain and troubleshoot core cutting, coil winding, and other automated production machines.
Handle electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Analyze machine breakdowns and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment reliability and availability.
Maintain maintenance records, schedules, and critical spare-parts requirements.
Support machine installation, commissioning, modification, and continuous improvement.
