• Hands-on knowledge of Diesel Generator, Gas Engine, Chiller, Boiler, Turbine, BESS, and 33/11 kV Substation.

• Good knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and power distribution.

• Basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, DCS, VFD, UPS, and Micro-Grid systems.

• Ability to read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Practical knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Strong awareness of industrial safety procedures.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain Cummins Diesel Generators (C2500 D5A) and Jenbacher Gas Engines (JMS 612 GS-NL).

• Operate and maintain Waste Heat Recovery Steam Turbine power generation systems.

• Operate and maintain Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

• Support installation, erection, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of power generation and distribution systems.

• Monitor and maintain 33/11 kV and 11/0.415 kV substations.

• Operate and maintain HT/LT switchgear, PFI panels, BBT, UPS, VFD, PLC, SCADA, DCS, and solar power systems.

• Monitor SCADA and HMI systems and take necessary corrective actions to ensure continuous power supply.

• Support the operation of a synchronized 70 MW hybrid captive power plant for glass manufacturing operations.

• Monitor and maintain Micro-Grid systems and ensure proper synchronization of power sources.

• Operate and maintain utility equipment including Exhaust Gas Boilers, Single-Stage Hot Water Chillers, and Electric Chillers.

• Read and understand Single Line Diagrams (SLD) for electrical power distribution systems.

• Monitor power generation, distribution, equipment performance, and system parameters.

• Identify and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and utility equipment faults.

• Maintain equipment records, operational logs, and maintenance reports.

• Follow preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

• Follow all applicable safety procedures and use required PPE.
