Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, supervise, and monitor electrical works at ongoing real estate projects.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, BOQ, estimates, and material requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Monitor electrical work quality, progress, cost, and safety standards.
- Inspect electrical materials and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with BNBC, electrical safety standards, and relevant government regulations.
- Prepare work progress reports and maintain necessary project documentation.
- Supervise and guide electrical engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Support project planning, budgeting, and timely completion of electrical works.
