Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

Aesthetic Engineering Service Focus on Fire Safety plan, Fire Detection & Protection Systems Design & Implementation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain all accounts related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation, procurement register etc.).
  • Prepared and recorded regular receipts and payment vouchers.
  • Prepare monthly receipts and payment.
  • Prepare TAX & VAT related documents.
  • Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
  • Fulfill the necessary data and cash collection from the collection team, also maintain the data on an automated daily basis.
  • Must have skill of Microsoft Office
  • Maintain records of all documents related to Purchase.
  • Collecting delivery challan, VAT challan and file management of those records in the system (software) and manually.
  • Preparing different types of purchase reports as and when required.
  • Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management.
