Responsibilities & Context:
* Handle daily cash & digital transactions accurately
* Operate billing/POS software
* Maintain daily sales reports and cash balance
* Ensure proper invoice and receipt management
* Greet customers politely and assist with billing queries
* Coordinate with service team when required
