Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily income-expenditure records and manage the cash register accurately.
Timely collection of monthly seat rents, dining bills, and other dues from boarders (students/working women).
Manage daily marketing costs, utility bills, and staff salaries.
Supervise the overall discipline, cleanliness, and security of the hostel.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by the boarders with patience and care.
