Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Candidates with experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry will be given preference.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial record management.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software.
Strong drafting and communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Alhamdulillah Homes Limited is a fast-growing real estate company. We are looking for a sincere, responsible, hardworking, and competent Accounts & Admin Officer to support our ongoing and upcoming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, verify, and maintain daily requisitions for construction materials from all project sites, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare, maintain, and update all bills, payment vouchers, receipts, and accounting records accurately.
Maintain and update financial records of all partners, shareholders, investors, and company owners.
Submit all bills and vouchers to the Managing Director for approval before processing payments.
Collect monthly installment payments from booked flat owners against official receipts and maintain proper records, including follow-up on overdue payments.
Make approved payments to laborers, contractors, and suppliers from the head office or project sites and maintain proper payment documentation.
Draft contracts, agreements, applications, notices, and official correspondence in both English and Bangla.
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, office discipline, and other administrative activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
Handle banking transactions, cheque issuance, deposits, withdrawals, and bank reconciliations.
Maintain cash books, bank books, ledgers, and other accounting registers.
Assist with VAT, Tax, and audit-related documentation and compliance.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial and administrative records.
Supervise office assets, stationery, and other administrative resources.
Coordinate with government offices, financial institutions, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders when required.
Ensure confidentiality of all company financial and administrative information.
Perform any other accounts and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
