Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only Male
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. Candidates with academic background in Accounting is preferred.

  • 0–4 years of relevant experience in depot operations within a reputed pharmaceutical company. Candidates with more extensive relevant experience will be considered for the positions of Depot In-Charge (DIC) or Assistant Depot In-Charge (ADIC) and are highly encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage overall depot operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and the Quality Management System (QMS).

  • Coordinate product distribution to ensure timely delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Supervise depot safety, maintenance, inventory control, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Oversee daily cash collections, bank deposits, operating expenses & market dues in coordination with the Sales team.

  • Maintain petty cash, payment vouchers, bills, invoices, and all depot-related financial records.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding market dues, and support timely collection and recovery.

  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports.

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth depot operations & cross-functional collaboration.

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
