Experience Requirements
3-5 years of experiences (for Senior Executive position) and 1-2 years of experiences (for Executive position) in Product Management function of a reputed pharmaceutical company.
Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply for the Executive position.
Additional Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali with the ability to communicate effectively.
Should have good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint etc.
Digital Marketing literacy
Physically fit and motivated to travel extensively across the country for customer visit and market development. Candidates having reservation in frequent travelling need not to apply.

Job Location: Head Office, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Major Job Responsibilities
• Formulate and implement marketing plan for assigned products and portfolio to achieve the business and marketing goals.
• Study the clinical and technical aspects of the assigned products to set the effective communication strategy and marketing positioning.
• Analyze the competitive market scenario to set appropriate marketing and selling strategy.
• Design and develop promotional materials as per budget of the Marketing Plan.
• Prepare product manuals and update the same on regular basis considering new scientific development.
• Allocate promotional materials among the Field Forces and ensure the output of the promotional campaign through effective monitoring.
• Conceptualize new product idea for business development and also customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and support all activities regarding design and development of new product for timely launching.
• Analyze the sales and prescription performance of the assigned products, keep close contact with the Field Forces to achieve product target and establish as brand.
• Visit KOL doctors to build personal relationship with them for brand building.
• Conduct monthly meeting, conference & CME program as and when require.
• Conduct different types of training program designed for the sales team.
• Undertake Digital Marketing activities for brand building and corporate image building.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities related to the assigned products.
• Coordinate with all the functional departments of the company to ensure design and development of product and also to ensure smooth supply to meet he market demand.
