Responsibilities & Context

Must have registration under the Bangladesh pharmacy Council.

Ensures all products meet safety, efficacy, and regulatory standards like the FDA, EMA, and adheres to cGMP

Manages the QMS (Quality Management System), oversees daily operations in accordance with GMP, GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and other regulatory requirements.

Holds the final authority for reviewing production and quality control data to approve or reject batches for release.

Leads internal audits, vendor qualifications, and investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Reviews and approves Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols.

Performs risk assessments on equipment, materials, and processes to ensure product quality.

Manages  QA personnel, monitors performance, and provides technical support.
