• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry

• Age 24 to 32 years

• Independently execute formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical dosage forms (solid, liquid, and other suitable forms) with minimal supervision

• Lead buffer, mobile phase, and sample preparation activities for analytical and formulation development studies

• Design and execute laboratory-scale and pilot-scale trials in Galenical laboratories, including advanced machine operations and troubleshooting

• Prepare, review, and update Master Formula Records (MFR), Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and SOPs in line with WHO cGMP, USFDA, and UK-MHRA guidelines

• Actively support technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing, including scale-up trials, validation batches, and process robustness studies

• Coordinate and monitor stability studies (accelerated, intermediate, and long-term) and evaluate results for regulatory submissions

• Provide technical support during product launch, addressing formulation, process, and scale-up related challenges

• Guide and support Officers in routine laboratory work, documentation, and compliance practices

• Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
