Responsibilities & Context:

• Execute daily manufacturing and packaging operations as per approved BMR, BPR, and SOPs to meet production schedules.

• Perform line clearance and in-process checks during dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging stages.

• Monitor and verify critical process parameters (temperature, RPM, pressure, weight, hardness, etc.) and ensure they stay within validated limits.

• Record batch data and in-process observations in BMR/BPR and logbooks in real time as per Good Documentation Practices.

• Carry out material reconciliation, yield calculation, and accounting of raw, packaging, and finished products for each batch.

• Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring proper setup, cleaning, and changeover to prevent cross-contamination.

• Ensure all manufacturing activities are performed in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements on the shop floor.

• Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process sampling, line clearance approval, and timely release of intermediates and finished products.

• Support deviation handling, CAPA, change control, and process validation/qualification activities under senior guidance.

• Supervise operators and shop-floor workers to maintain workflow efficiency, batch flow, and adherence to production timelines.
