Supervising and executing the daily production plan for secondary packaging.
Performing line clearance and in-process checks (IPCs).
Ensuring cGMP, cleanliness, and personal hygiene in the secondary packaging area.
Preparing and updating GMP documents such as SOPs, BPRs, etc.
Conducting training for subordinates and managing team performance.
