Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute the overall product management and development strategy.
Lead product portfolio planning, optimization, and lifecycle management.
Identify new product opportunities based on market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and therapeutic opportunities.
Develop annual brand plans, product strategies, forecasts, and budgets.
Monitor product performance and recommend corrective actions to achieve business objectives.
Ensure effective product launches and post-launch management.
Lead & develop PMD resources and ensure strong team performance.
