Job Description
Lead product development and analytical teams in developing generic drug products with prospective QbD approach, meeting cost, time, quality, and regulatory targets for regulated markets.
Oversee R&D lab activities, ensuring tasks are executed in compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.
Guide team to ensure timely execution of submission batches, regulatory filings, approvals, and product launches as per assigned targets.
Drive strategy execution for patented, non-patented, and complex generics opportunities, directing teams to support the company's early-to-market goals.
Support cross-functional teams (CFTs) in commercial troubleshooting and product life cycle management, including process improvements.
Coordinate with stakeholders across Project Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Regulatory Affairs.
Ensure technical assessments (screening, pipeline review, literature search) at all development stages for formulation and analytical projects.
Establish in-house systems and procedures to ensure CGLP compliance and regulatory readiness for analytical R&D activities.
Ensure troubleshooting issues related to manufacturing, testing methods, and stability studies; coordinate method transfer activities and drive cost-reduction initiatives across projects.
