Job Description

• Lead product development and analytical teams in developing generic drug products with prospective QbD approach, meeting cost, time, quality, and regulatory targets for regulated markets.

• Oversee R&D lab activities, ensuring tasks are executed in compliance with applicable standards and guidelines.

• Guide team to ensure timely execution of submission batches, regulatory filings, approvals, and product launches as per assigned targets.

• Drive strategy execution for patented, non-patented, and complex generics opportunities, directing teams to support the company's early-to-market goals.

• Support cross-functional teams (CFTs) in commercial troubleshooting and product life cycle management, including process improvements.

• Coordinate with stakeholders across Project Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Regulatory Affairs.

• Ensure technical assessments (screening, pipeline review, literature search) at all development stages for formulation and analytical projects.

• Establish in-house systems and procedures to ensure CGLP compliance and regulatory readiness for analytical R&D activities.

• Ensure troubleshooting issues related to manufacturing, testing methods, and stability studies; coordinate method transfer activities and drive cost-reduction initiatives across projects.
