Responsibilities & Context:

ADS MED BD, a fast-growing B2B pharmaceutical wholesale distribution company, is looking for a Sales & Delivery Administrator to manage day-to-day sales and delivery operations from our Mirpur office, covering the Dhaka North/Mirpur territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate sales operations for the Dhaka North Zone.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery operations from the Mirpur office (order processing, dispatch, delivery tracking)
- Liaise with pharmacy clients to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery
- Coordinate with the sales team, delivery riders, and warehouse for daily operations
- Resolve delivery/order issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Report daily/weekly sales and delivery performance to management
Requirements:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an online B2B pharmaceutical platform (Required)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup work culture
Familiarity with Mirpur/Dhaka North area preferred
- Comfortable working with order management tools/apps (Required)
- Graduate/ Diploma. Good communication skills in Bengali and English
Location: Mirpur, Dhaka (Office-based)
Salary: Negotiable. Other benefits as per company policy.
