Education:

Experience Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in store management, inventory control, order processing, retail operations, FMCG or supermarket business.

  • Candidates having experience in super shop operations will receive preference.



Responsibilities & Context:

Ziska Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of the reputed pharmaceutical companies in Bangladesh, is looking for an Officer, Store & Order Management for its newly launched venture - Fair Price Super Market.

Job Location: Shofipur, Gazipur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations including product receiving, checking, storage and stock movement.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records through POS/ERP or inventory management software.

  • Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requirements to prevent stock shortages and overstock situations.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, purchasing teams and outlets for timely product availability.

  • Receive products from suppliers by verifying quantity, quality, expiry dates, batch information and delivery documents.

  • Ensure proper arrangement of products according to category, shelf location, FIFO/FEFO principles and retail standards.

  • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, damaged and expired products and prepare necessary reports.

  • Process and manage purchase orders, sales orders, stock transfer requests and delivery documentation.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and outlet teams for smooth product distribution.

  • Conduct regular physical stock counting and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual inventory.

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and order management reports.

  • Maintain proper documentation including receiving records, stock reports, return records, supplier documents etc.
