Millat Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company's brand in the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Responsibilities

#Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

#Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and marketing team.

#Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

#Prepare and execute product launch and promotional strategies.

#Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and business partners.

#Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

#Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

#Coordinate with Production, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments to ensure product availability and successful marketing activities.

#Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for field personnel.

#Develop marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of promotional resources.

#Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
