Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations according to the approved production plan.
Ensure production activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures, batch documents, and quality standards.
Monitor manufacturing processes, in-process parameters, material usage, yield, and production performance.
Ensure proper completion of batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and other production documents.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments to maintain smooth production operations.
Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with cGMP and company procedures.
