Responsibilities & Context:

Noor Surgical By Soft Healthcare is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Representatives to promote and expand our healthcare and medical products across Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build long-term customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell the company's healthcare and medical products.

• Develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and market coverage objectives.

• Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on customer payments when required.

• Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.

• Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, and customer database updates.

• Participate in product training, promotional campaigns, and company meetings.

• Maintain a professional image while representing the company.
