Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct literature reviews, pre-formulation studies, formulation trials, and product-development activities.
Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations in line with product and regulatory requirements.
Plan and execute laboratory trials, development batches, and stability studies.
Prepare and maintain development protocols, reports, specifications, SOPs, and technical documents.
Support scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and troubleshooting activities.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant functions.
