Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate the receipt, storage, dispensing, issuance, and movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
Ensure proper material identification, segregation, storage, handling, and stock rotation.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely completion of warehouse documentation and system transactions.
Monitor stock levels and support physical inventory, reconciliation, and material-return activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with SOPs, GMP, GDP, safety, and quality requirements.
