Responsibilities & Context:
Identify new products, first-time molecules, and line extension opportunities, and coordinate launch activities.
Analyze market trends and develop strategies to drive business growth.
Coordinate with regional teams to improve prescriptions, sales, and new doctor development.
Monitor campaign doctors and ensure effective follow-up activities.
Analyze sales and stock data to forecast shortages and take timely corrective actions.
Ensure timely availability of promotional materials in coordination with DTP, Commercial, and Distribution teams.
Evaluate sales and 4P performance and conduct monthly regional conferences and doctor visits.
