• Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or API warehouse operations.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (MM/WM modules) and strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & warehouse management standard operating procedures will get preference.

Healthcare Chemicals Limited (HCL), a sister concern of Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Limited, located in API Park, besides Dhaka-Chittagong Highway in Gazaria upazila of Munshiganj, envisions manufacturing world class pharmaceutical raw materials for the local and foreign markets. HCL would like to reduce dependency on foreign sourcing of raw materials for the pharmaceuticals industry and save valuable foreign currency of the country. HCL will manufacture Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and related key chemicals required for the pharmaceuticals industry.

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals for the mentioned position in HCL.

Location: API Industrial Park Gazaria, Munshiganj Bangladesh

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Material Management & Inward Operations: Supervise daily warehouse activities, receiving raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods while verifying all supporting documentation (POs, delivery challans, CoA).

• Inventory Control & SAP Updates: Maintain real-time inventory records in

• SAP, conduct cycle counts, and actively monitor stock levels to handle shortages, excess, slow-moving, near-expiry items and slow-moving materials.

• Traceability & Compliance: Ensure proper material labeling, status identification and full end-to-end traceability from receipt to consumption.

• Audits & Quality Support: Participate in internal, customer, regulatory & GMP audits while supporting investigations for deviations, CAPA and change controls.
