• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• 1 to 2 years of experience in same position will be preferable

Job function: Training

Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for the sales forces to enhance product knowledge & selling skills.

• Develop and regularly enhance training modules aligned with the company objectives.

• Conduct recruitment and selection process for the sales forces.

• Review department reports, trainee evaluations and any other reports that trainers are required to complete and evaluate effectiveness of training program.
