• At least 5 years of experience in the role of Depot Head within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Professional certifications in relevant field will be preferred.

• Strong planning, organizational, and stock management skills.

• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in distribution management software and tools.

• Plan, organize, and manage depot operations, possessing leadership qualities in line with SOPs and company policy to achieve organizational goals.

• Ensure on-time delivery and achieve 100% COD and credit collection within the approved period.

• Oversee logistics management to ensure smooth distribution operations.

• Manage cold-chain operations efficiently to maintain product quality.

• Maintain physical inventory with 100% accuracy, following FIFO principles.

• Ensure proper store management in compliance with GDP guidelines.

• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) for team members as required.

• Implement cost-effective management within approved budgets.

• Take proactive initiatives to minimize Sales Returns.

• Adequate knowledge and familiar with ERP or SAP (SD module) and ensure proficiency in MS Office.

• Maintain sharp and effective communication-both upward (reporting) and downward (team).
