• Strategic sourcing & vendor management expertise.

• Commercial negotiation skill.

• Market analysis expertise.

• SAP/ERP knowledge.

• MS excel proficiency.

• Communication & stakeholder management.

• Knowledge of HS code classification and import documentation.

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for Home Care, Personal Care, and Skin Care, Color Cosmetics raw materials.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers from domestic and international markets.

• Develop alternative suppliers for single-source and high-risk raw materials to ensure business continuity.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging suppliers, technologies, and raw material innovations.

• Analyze global market trends, price movements, and supply chain risks affecting key raw materials.

• Prepare RFQs, collect quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and perform cost comparisons.

• Coordinate with R&D, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Commercial teams during supplier qualification and raw material approval.

• Arrange samples, documentation, and technical information for laboratory evaluation and production trials.

• Maintain approved supplier lists and supplier performance scorecards.

• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, delivery performance, commercial competitiveness, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

• Build long-term strategic relationships with key global manufacturers and distributors.

• Work closely with procurement and R&D teams to ensure smooth sourcing and supply continuity.

• Prepare sourcing reports, supplier bench-marking, cost-saving reports, and sourcing strategies for management.

• Identify opportunities for cost reduction through supplier development

• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory requirements.
