Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales target across all allocated stores and drive sustainable sales growth versus previous month and previous year.
Ensure 100% secondary sales collection and timely reconciliation, while maintaining strong control over cash, inventory, stock loss, and shrinkage.
Ensure store operation compliance through regular market visits, audit follow-up, SOP adherence, hygiene, visual merchandising, and security standards.
Manage aged and near expiry inventory, improve store productivity through higher footfall and average basket size, and ensure 100% execution of approved promotional programs.
Drive customer experience and service standards, maintain team attendance and discipline, develop and coach store teams, control attention and ensure timely and accurate reporting and coordination with head office.
Build a motivated, high-performing team through regular coaching, recognition, performance reviews and corrective actions to achieve area business objectives.
