Sneaker Knowledge: Basic understanding of popular sneaker brands, sizing differences, and shoe care.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills and hands-on experience in customer engagement Cross Sale and closing sales.

We are looking for an experienced, honest, responsible, hardworking and result-oriented Online Customer Care Executive to manage our online sales and customer care operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A Floor Sales Executive in a sneaker shop plays a crucial role in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.

Here are the key responsibilities broken down by major operational areas:

1. Customer Experience & Sales

Greeting & Assisting Customers: Welcoming shoppers warmly and actively engaging with them to understand their style, preferences, and fitting needs.

Product Knowledge: Staying updated on sneaker brands, models, sizing nuances, cushion technology, materials, and retro/limited-edition releases to provide expert advice.

Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Recommending complementary products like shoe care kits, premium insoles, socks, and accessories to increase the average basket size.

Fitting & Try-Ons: Fetching requested sizes from the stockroom quickly, assisting with proper shoe fitting, and suggesting alternatives if a specific size or color is unavailable.

2. Visual Merchandising & Floor Management

Display Maintenance: Ensuring display sneakers are clean, properly laced, and arranged according to merchandising guidelines.

Restocking: Continuously monitoring floor stock and replenishing missing sizes or models from the backroom to keep the sales floor fully stocked.

Store Cleanliness: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and tidiness across the display units, seating areas, mirrors, and fitting spaces.

3. Inventory & Stockroom Operations

Stock Assistance: Helping organize the backroom so sneakers are easily accessible by brand, model, and size.

Loss Prevention: Monitoring the floor to prevent shoplifting and damage to premium footwear or bags.

Inventory Counts: Assisting in periodic stock counts, auditing, and reporting damaged or defective items.

4. Billing & Customer Feedback

POS Handling: Assisting with billing transactions at the cash counter, managing digital payments, and processing returns or exchanges smoothly.

Gathering Feedback: Listening to customer inquiries, complaints, or specific product requests and communicating them to the store manager.

Salary will be determined based on experience and competency. Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities are available.
