Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall sales and business operations within the assigned area.
Achieve sales targets and ensure effective team performance.
Lead, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
Develop new customers and identify potential business opportunities.
Monitor branch/outlet operations and daily sales activities.
Conduct regular market visits and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports, target achievement reports, and other management reports.
Implement sales strategies and business plans as directed by management.
Provide training, motivation, and guidance to team members.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
