• Previous professional experience as a Medical Representative (MR).

• Must have practical experience in field visits, customer communication, and healthcare-related sales.

• Candidates with an established healthcare industry network will receive priority.

• Motorcycle ownership and a valid driving license will be considered a strong advantage.

• Must be honest, responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently.

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Business Development Officer (Offline Marketing) with a strong background as a Medical Representative to expand Care Zone's offline business network and generate new sales opportunities.

(Candidates without Medical Representative experience should not apply.)

Key responsibilities include:

• Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, doctors' chambers, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and healthcare organizations.

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, hospital authorities, pharmacy owners, and institutional buyers.

• Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and institutional buyers.

• Generate new B2B and B2C sales opportunities through field visits and direct communication.

• Introduce and promote Care Zone's medical equipment and healthcare products.

• Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications to potential customers.

• Develop and execute offline marketing and business development strategies.

• Plan and conduct regular field visits and promotional activities.

• Collect market information about competitors, pricing, customer requirements, and market trends.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Prepare daily field visit reports and regular business development updates.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
