We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Upwork & Fiverr Growth Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our presence, client acquisition, project wins, and revenue through Upwork and Fiverr.

This is a results-driven role for someone who understands freelance marketplaces and knows how to turn profiles, proposals, and gigs into consistent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for Upwork and Fiverr.

• Research high-demand services, niches, keywords, and potential clients.

• Identify and shortlist relevant Upwork jobs with high conversion potential.

• Write and optimize customized Upwork proposals.

• Optimize Upwork profiles and specialized profiles for better visibility and conversion.

• Optimize Fiverr gigs, titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, and packages.

• Monitor competitor profiles, gigs, pricing, and positioning.

• Track proposals, impressions, responses, interviews, orders, conversion rates, and revenue.

• Test different proposal strategies, profile positioning, and service offerings.

• Build a consistent client acquisition system.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Work closely with the sales and production teams to improve client conversion and retention.

• Stay updated with Upwork and Fiverr marketplace trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Upwork, Fiverr, or freelance marketplace growth.

• Proven experience generating leads and winning projects through Upwork and/or Fiverr.

• Strong understanding of Upwork proposals, Connects, profile optimization, and client acquisition.

• Strong knowledge of Fiverr SEO, gig optimization, ranking, and conversion.

• Excellent English communication and writing skills.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable opportunities.

• Comfortable working with performance-based targets and KPIs.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a video editing, creative agency, digital marketing, or similar service-based company.

• Previous experience managing or growing agency profiles.

• Experience generating high-ticket international clients.

• Knowledge of AI tools for lead research, market research, and proposal optimization.

• Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
