Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and detail-orientated graphics designer who can create both static and motion-based visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands visual storytelling, and can turn ideas, briefs, and references into engaging, professional-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging static graphics for social media, advertisements, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.

• Design motion graphics and animated visuals for social media, promotional content, and digital campaigns.

• Develop visually appealing layouts, typography, compositions, and creative concepts.

• Create short animations, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.

• Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.

• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and video editing teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Follow brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative ideas to projects.

• Take feedback and make revisions efficiently.

• Stay updated with current design trends, motion graphics styles, and digital content formats.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.

• Knowledge of Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging designs.

• Good understanding of social media design requirements and digital advertising creatives.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and consistency.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and/or motion graphics.

• Experience creating social media creatives, advertising visuals, promotional graphics, and animated content.

• Experience working with brands, agencies, or digital marketing teams.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both static and motion design.

• Basic understanding of video editing and visual storytelling is a plus.

• Experience with AI-based creative/design tools is an added advantage.
