• Proven experience (2-3 years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Develop creative designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with departments to conceptualize and execute visually appealing promotional materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and materials.

• Assist with the design and layout of internal reports and publications.

• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure timely and quality production.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and software to deliver innovative designs.

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the University Management from time to time.
