Responsibilities & Context:

- Build and maintain unified visual design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure consistency across digital and print channels.

- Create high-converting ad assets, social media graphics, email templates, and digital banners tailored for multi-platform campaigns.

- Design daily social media post layouts, carousel slides, stories, and cover banners aligned with digital marketing calendars.

- Produce engaging visual banners, call-to-action (CTA) graphics, and promotional web assets to improve user engagement and conversions.

- Format clean, responsive visual templates for promotional newsletters and email drip campaigns.

- Produce short-form animations, video reels, and interactive graphics using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.

- Leverage generative AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) for quick concept ideation, background generation, and rapid visual exploration.

- Refine, vectorise, and retouch AI outputs, photography, and graphics into high-resolution, production-ready files.

- Adopt modern design automation tools and stay ahead of digital marketing design trends to optimize production speed and visual performance.
