Responsibilities & Context:
Formulate and execute tailored growth strategies across key platforms—including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)—to boost brand visibility, community engagement, and traffic.
Oversee the production of high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, video, and copy aligned with brand voice and target demographics.
Manage the annual digital campaign calendar while coordinating seasonal promotions, flash sales, and product launches in alignment with brand objectives.
Maintain and optimize website content, ensuring accurate product listings, stock and inventory updates, pricing, and promotional banners.
Oversee incoming query channels on the company website and social platforms to maintain fast response times and high customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute e-commerce promotions, including discount codes, bundle offers, and targeted landing page experiences.
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics across social platforms, e-commerce sales, and paid ad campaigns to measure efficacy and maximize ROI.
Monitor search engine trends, search intent, and keywords on search engines and social platforms to optimize content and web copy for organic discovery.
Translate data insights into actionable strategies to continually refine targeting, content formats, and conversion funnels.
Partner with internal sales, supply chain, creative, and customer service teams to streamline product rollouts, promotional messaging, and unified brand campaigns.
Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and e-commerce best practices to innovate company strategies.
Perform any additional tasks and specialized projects assigned by management.
