Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee surveillance activities of all offices and branches through closed-circuit camera. Regularly check all the surveillance related equipment, data records and connections are working properly or not.
Observe business unit related activities are taking place according to company rules and regulations. Run predefined routine checkup throughout all the offices.
Prepare different sorts of report on a daily basis and send to company authority, follow up and investigate various complaints and issues as they arises.
Report all sorts of unusual or unethical activity without any delay and come up with a solution to seal the gaps.
Advising staffs on the interpretation of the company policy, performing ethical framework functions in relation to company policy.
Keep communication with all branch contact persons, receive incoming calls related to company product and services. Visit all the offices physical regarding surveillance related issues if needed.
Any other task assigned by the management.
