Position Overview:

The Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) is seeking an experienced, market-driven Digital Marketing Professional and Instructor to lead the "Digital Marketing for Freelancing – Level 4" training program. Aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) occupational framework, this advanced program prepares trainees to build self-sustaining careers in the global gig economy and local corporate marketing sectors. In this role, you will deliver hands-on instruction covering search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing (SMM), paid performance advertising, content strategy, and client acquisition on major international freelance platforms. Your primary objective is to equip learners with high-converting digital marketing skills, mentor them in professional proposal writing and client management, ensure they pass formal external NSDA Level 4 assessments, and guide them toward earning their first freelance contracts.

Preferred Job Description/Responsibility

  • Deliver advanced, hands-on training sessions aligned with NSDA Level 4 Digital Marketing occupational standards.

  • Instruct trainees on practical SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, technical basics), Social Media Marketing (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn campaigns), email automation, and performance ad creation (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

  • Train learners on setting up and optimizing competitive freelance profiles across major marketplaces (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com), portfolio building, proposal pitching, and professional client communication.

  • Guide trainees through cross-border payment setup, international tax/invoicing basics, contract negotiation, and ethical freelance business practices.

  • Design and execute regular campaign mockups, live ad simulations, portfolio reviews, and mock assessments to ensure readiness for external NSDA evaluations.

  • Maintain daily attendance logs, competency verification portfolios, and learner milestone records in compliance with regulatory reporting standards.

  • Provide targeted, empathetic mentorship to help job seekers overcome language barriers, marketplace rejection, and technical hurdles.
