Experience:

NSDA Certification: Official NSDA Level-4 CBT & A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) Trainer/Assessor certification in Computer Operation is strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of MS Office / LibreOffice suite, high-speed accurate typing skills in both English and Bangla, and familiarity with cloud collaboration tools.
Soft Skills: Excellent facilitation skills, strong bilingual verbal communication in Bangla and English, and patience when training foundational learners.

Position Overview:
The Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced instructor to lead the "Computer Operation - Level 3" training program. Aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) competency standards, this role focuses on transforming foundational learners into proficient, office-ready administrative and computer operators. You will deliver practical instruction covering advanced office productivity applications, bilingual keyboarding, digital document management, and workplace data processing. Your primary objective will be to ensure trainees achieve the speed, precision, and digital literacy required to pass national NSDA assessments and secure formal clerical, data entry, and administrative positions.
Preferred Job Description/Responsibility
Deliver structured, practical lessons aligned with the NSDA Level 3 Computer Operation competency framework.
Conduct intensive training on advanced word processing (document layout, mail merge, formatting), spreadsheets (complex formulas, data analysis, charts, conditional formatting), and professional presentation tools.
Train learners in standard bilingual typing speed and accuracy in both English and Bangla (using Bijoy and Unicode/Avro layouts).
Instruct trainees on internet research protocols, professional email etiquette, cloud file sharing (Google Workspace / Microsoft 365), and basic data backup/cyber-hygiene practices.
Design and administer regular typing drills, practical lab assignments, and mock competency tests to track progress and prepare learners for external NSDA evaluations.
Maintain daily attendance logs, competency verification portfolios, and learner performance records in accordance with regulatory compliance standards.
Provide continuous coaching and workplace readiness guidance to trainees from underrepresented or informal workforce backgrounds.
