Teach Higher Secondary (HSC) students according to the National Curriculum.
Prepare annual lesson plans, lecture materials, worksheets, and assessments.
Conduct classes effectively using modern teaching methodologies and multimedia presentations.
Prepare students for Board Examinations and university admission tests.
Evaluate students` academic performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare question papers, mark scripts, and examination reports.
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in academic meetings, teacher training, seminars, workshops, and co-curricular activities.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students` academic progress.
Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
