Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct Bangla classes for School level students effectively and professionally.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and examination questions.

• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Evaluate students’ academic performance through class tests, assignments, and examinations.

• Provide necessary academic guidance and support to students.

• Participate in departmental meetings, academic activities, examinations, and other institutional programs.

• Maintain regular communication and coordination with the concerned Coordinator/Academic Authority.

• Perform any other academic responsibilities assigned by the Management.
