Experience:

• 1 to 3 years

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record; fresh graduates may apply but prior publishing, teaching, or academic content development experience is preferred.

• Strong subject expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly are essential in at least one (preferably more) of the following subjects: Bangla • English • Physics • Chemistry • Mathematics • Biology • Management •Accounting • Finance • Marketing • General Knowledge • Information & Communication Technology.

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 25 to 36 years

• Must possess excellent research, writing, and editing skills in Bangla and English.

• Emphasis on producing high-quality, fact-based content with a goal-driven, detail-focused approach.

• Good time management and dedication to delivering quality work are crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development & Research: Create high-quality academic materials, including supplementary books, guides, and study aids.

• Writing & Editing: Research, write, proofread, and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and curriculum alignment.

• Simplification & Quality Control: Present complex topics in an accessible manner while ensuring error-free, plagiarism-free, and high-quality content.

• Collaboration & Adaptation: Work with writers, editors, designers, and SMEs while staying updated on curriculum changes and exam trends.

• Timely Execution: Maintain strict deadlines and ensure timely submission of content.
