We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Counsellor to join our education consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of international education and the ability to guide students through the complete study-abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding study-abroad opportunities, universities, and suitable programs.

• Assess students’ academic profiles, career goals, budgets, and eligibility.

• Provide accurate guidance on Canada & Europe study options.

• Handle the complete student counselling and admission process from initial consultation to enrolment.

• Guide students regarding university applications, documentation, scholarships and visa requirements.

• Maintain strong communication and follow-up with prospective students and applicants.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.

• Follow up on leads and convert prospective students into successful applicants.

• Stay updated on university intakes, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships and visa policies.

• Meet individual and team counselling/admission targets while maintaining high service quality.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in education consultancy/study-abroad counselling

• Strong knowledge of Canada & Europe

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong student counselling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities

• Professional, target-oriented, and confident in dealing with students and parents
