Knowledge about study abroad. Who has knowledge about South Korean University admission and Application will be given priority.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide guidance and counseling regarding international university admissions and application procedures.
Collect, verify, and organize student documents for application processing.
Assist in preparing and submitting university applications accurately and on time.
Follow up on application progress and provide regular updates to students and guardians.
Maintain and update student records in CRM systems, Excel sheets, or internal databases.
Monitor university admission requirements, application deadlines, and scholarship opportunities.
Coordinate with the marketing and social media teams to support lead management and student engagement.
Assist in creating video content, student success stories, testimonials, and educational promotional materials.
Support video shoots, content planning, script preparation, and coordination for social media content.
Participate in educational fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events organized by the company.
Work towards achieving monthly application targets and counseling KPIs.
Make daily report, calling on leads cooperate with partner agencies.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Application Team as required.
Knowledge about study abroad. Who has knowledge about South Korean University admission and Application will be given priority.
