Junior English Teacher: Job Responsibilities

• Teach English (grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking) to assigned classes according to the school curriculum

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and engaging classroom activities

• Conduct class tests and assignments, check scripts on time, and give constructive feedback

• Support students who need extra help with basics and pronunciation

• Maintain attendance and student progress records

• Take part in school events and co-curricular activities

Senior English Teacher: Job Responsibilities

• Teach English to assigned classes and ensure strong learning outcomes

• Lead English curriculum planning and maintain academic standards across the department

• Mentor junior teachers through lesson plan reviews, class observations, and regular feedback

• Prepare and moderate question papers and oversee the quality of evaluation

• Analyze student results and recommend improvements

• Communicate with parents and the academic coordinator about student progress and academic needs
