Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities in South Korea.
Provide accurate information about Korean universities, programs, admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and study pathways.
Assess students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capacity, and eligibility to recommend suitable institutions and programs.
Guide students throughout the admission and student visa application process, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
Follow up with students, universities, and relevant stakeholders regarding applications, offers, admission decisions, and visa processing.
Maintain regular communication with prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face counseling.
Achieve individual and team admission/enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of student applications, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Stay updated on changes in South Korean university admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and study-abroad policies.
Support education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities organized by the company.
Perform other duties related to student counseling and overseas education services as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university.
1–3 years of experience in overseas education counseling, preferably with South Korea applications.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in international education may also be considered.
Strong knowledge of South Korean universities, admission procedures, and student visa processes will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet admission/enrollment targets.
Strong follow-up, documentation, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.
