• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.

• Candidates with B.Ed./M.Ed. or relevant teaching qualifications will be preferred.

• Strong academic background with good communication and presentation skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English and Bengali.

• Ability to use modern teaching methods and educational technology.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Conduct classroom teaching effectively according to the prescribed curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, classwork, and assessments.

• Ensure proper classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Assess students’ academic performance and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain regular communication with students, parents, and relevant authorities when required.

• Participate in examinations, meetings, training programs, co-curricular activities, and other institutional activities.

• Maintain students’ attendance, discipline, and academic records.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
