• Professional Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of professional front-end web design experience or technical training delivery. A strong portfolio of responsive, live web projects is mandatory.

• NSDA Certification: Official NSDA Level-4 CBT&A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) Trainer/Assessor methodology certification is strongly preferred.

• Skills & Competencies: Strong bilingual communication in Bangla and English; and demonstrated patience in mentoring entry-level learners.

Position Overview:

The Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) is seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Web Design Instructor to lead the ‘Web Design-Level 3’ training program. This role delivers hands-on, competency-based training aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) occupational standards. Focusing on practical execution rather than abstract theory, you will guide trainees through responsive website layout, modern styling, user interface principles, and foundational interactivity. Your core objective is to build market-relevant technical skills, prepare learners to successfully clear external NSDA competency assessments, and help them transition into entry-level web design or freelance roles.

Preferred Job Description/Responsibility

• Deliver hands-on, interactive technical lessons aligned with NSDA Level 3 IT Support Service standards.

• Supervise lab sessions covering PC assembly/disassembly, operating system installation, peripheral setup, basic LAN configuration, and hardware/software diagnostics.

• Design and administer practical mock assessments, lab challenges, and technical assignments to track learner progress and ensure readiness for external NSDA evaluations.

• Maintain daily trainee attendance records, practical competency logs, and assessment portfolios required for NSDA compliance.

• Ensure laboratory safety, manage computer hardware equipment, and uphold occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in the training lab.

• Provide empathetic mentorship, professional ethics coaching, and workplace readiness support to learners from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds.
