Experience:
Diploma in Computer Engineering / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), Information Technology (IT), or a related discipline.
Professional Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT technical support, systems maintenance, or facilitating vocational/technical IT training modules.
NSDA Certification: Official NSDA Level-4 CBT & A (Competency-Based Training & Assessment) Trainer/Assessor methodology certificate is strongly preferred. Industry certifications are a strong plus.
Skills & Competencies: Strong practical troubleshooting skills in computer hardware, Windows/Linux environments, and local networking; good bilingual communication skills in Bangla and English; and strong interpersonal patience for mentoring foundational learners.

Position Overview:
The Bangladesh Labour Foundation (BLF) is seeking a dynamic, practical, and results-driven IT Instructor to lead the "IT Support Service – Level 3" training program. In this role, you will facilitate competency-based technical training aligned with the National Skills Development Authority (NSDA) framework. Shifting away from pure theory, this position centers on hands-on hardware troubleshooting, networking essentials, operating system maintenance, and user support. Your core objective is to equip trainees with industry-standard technical competencies, prepare them to clear external national NSDA assessments, and successfully transition into formal IT helpdesk and technical support roles
Preferred Job Description/Responsibility
Deliver hands-on, interactive technical lessons aligned with NSDA Level 3 IT Support Service standards.
Supervise lab sessions covering PC assembly/disassembly, operating system installation, peripheral setup, basic LAN configuration, and hardware/software diagnostics.
Design and administer practical mock assessments, lab challenges, and technical assignments to track learner progress and ensure readiness for external NSDA evaluations.
Maintain daily trainee attendance records, practical competency logs, and assessment portfolios required for NSDA compliance.
Ensure laboratory safety, manage computer hardware equipment, and uphold occupational health and safety (OHS) standards in the training lab.
Provide empathetic mentorship, professional ethics coaching, and workplace readiness support to learners from diverse or underrepresented backgrounds.
